Hi guys,
Here is a recent pickup of mine. I really wasn't sure what it was or if it was original when I saw the pictures but I took a punt on it for a couple of quid.
Has anybody seen one before? Secondly, is it original?
Thank you, Glen.

I dont see anything wrong with the Document, Sig looks strong and free flowing.
Please, ask to JERSEY, the specialist.
I would imagine this is quite a scarce surviving document?
I found the entry "Presumed British, non Jewish" entry interesting. From slightly jaded memory I believe there were only two Jews living in the Channel Islands, whom I think were nannies from Austria, both were handed over by British "Bobbies" to the German authorities. The two ladies were then deported to their deaths in Auschwitz.
I collect, therefore I am.

Hi,
Yes this is 100% original, but its one of those documents that there were quite a lot of and many still exist and therefore are of little monetary value. More of a historically interesting piece rather than a pension fund. Unfortunately there are no official German stamps on the document which would have significantly increased its interest and value. It says on the sheet that there are 3 copies so thats 3 for one person. Many exist in collections and are in the low bracket with regards to value. I would still pick up such itemsas they are part of the bigger picture and have a story to tell. Well done and keep hunting.
All the best from Jersey.

Thank you for this information. I have never seen one for sale of even in somebodies collection. It is a shame the other accompanying documents aren't present; I will send the seller a message to see if he has anymore of the documents.
Wheat would be the going rate for a document like this, £10-£20?
Thank you, Glen.
To be honest you would think more but maybe a fiver.
