The stamp says "Rüstungskdo. Warschau d. Reichsministers f. Bewaff. u. Mun.", spelt out "Rüstungskommando Warschau des Reichsministers für Bewaffnung und Munition". [roughly "Armamant Command Warsaw of the Reichs Minister for Armament and Munitions"]

The Rüstungskommandos (originally called Wehrwirtschaftsstellen [roughly "Defense Economy Agencies"], but re-designated in Nov. 1939) were subordinate to the office of the Reichsminister für Bewaffnung und Munition and in charge of co-ordinating and supervising armament-/munitions-/defense goods factories within their regional area of responsibilty.
A substantial number of these Rüstungskommandos (sorry, I have no exact figures) existed both within Germany and the occupied territories. Within the Generalgouvernment alone, there were at least three more: Cracow, Lemberg and Radom.

Asid is the abbreviation for Anhaltisches Serum-Institut GmbH Dessau [Anhaltinian Serum Institue LLC Dessau]. In World War II, the once largest Polish manufacturer of serums and other medications, Mag. Klawe AG at Warsaw, was taken over by Asid and subsequently operated under the name Asid Serum-Institut A.G. Warschau, producing serums and vaccines for the Wehrmacht.

These days, Asid has evolved into IDT Biologika GmbH.
