Luftwaffe feld post numbers,?

Dear fellow forum members, I could use some help with the following Luftwaffe feld post numbers I encountered in a Soldbuch + documents from a Luftwaffe sanitäter, L16390, L07151 and L23882, this in combination with LW. San. Staffel and Zahnstation, of the last I didn’t have heard before?. There is also a stamp in the soldbuch I never seen before and it states; General der Deutschen Luftwaffe beim Oberkommando der Kgl.-Italienischen Luftwaffe-Gruppe -IVb-, thanks in advance.

Thank you very much Ade, I thought/hoped you would help me out with this, Luftgau-Kommando Süd, could that also mean Afrika?, he fell under the command of that unit from August 1942 until September 1943, after that it seems he went to France, Paris and Chartres and later on back in the Heimat at a airfield in Saalow near Zossen. This is a beautiful set of documents who deserve some research which unfortunately I don’t have the time and patience for, its from a Luftwaffe sanitäter which you don’t encounter often which is out of my collecting interest and in that way I’m planning on selling or trade it.

As far as I know Luftgau-Kommando Süd was just Italy.

Thanks again Ade, it just got me wondered because the only thing I could find on WAF about this feld post number (L16390) was this (see link) diary with feldpostnumber - what unit ? - Wehrmacht-Awards.com Militaria Forums in which the thread starter mentioned Afrika.
