There is a written text on the reverse, but I cannot read the text, but I can read the year 1944, and it looks like a married or engaged couple. There is a stamp with name, address, and telephonenr on the reverse from the photo shop: Hugo Mickinn, Foto- Atelier, Breslau, Gartnerstr 52, Fernruf 57988

Clearly a wedding picure. The text says:

"Zum Andenken
an Eure [...]
Goslar/Sept. 44"

...i.e.:

"As a memory
to your [...]
Goslar/Sept. 44"

Not sure about the name; it could be the female Christian name "Anke".

The man is an officer of the German Army [Heer]. He is wearing a tailor-made field blouse [Feldbluse] with the brocade dress belt [Feldbinde]. The ribbon in his buttonhole is for the Iron Cross 2nd Class [Eisernes Kreuz II. Klasse].

Yes, looking "hard" at their faces, mouth, eyes, etc they look a bit a like, perhaps it is brother and sister.
