Mein Kampf and Other Propaganda Booklet

Hi,

I ended up buying my first Mein Kampf today. It was kind of a "throw in" from the remnants of a GI's estate of military bringbacks. I know virtually nothing about them and was hoping you guys could help me out with the writing/stamp on the first page. Also, anyone know what this other booklet is?
