Mothers Cross Booklet ?

Just wondering what this is , Mother Cross Booklet , or what . I've had it for some years now , just hope to find out what it is.

Don't think it has to do with Mother's Cross at all. Anything else inside?

Don't remember seeing one of these before...I'm wondering if this is perhaps a publication for the mothers of the fallen..?

If this is rare , would have been for the family of the fallen . Considering the amount of men killed , would it not be a common item . I'd like to find a value , as I don't collect paper work . Hope someone can help .
