Hi,
If this pamphlet has an embossed seal of NSDAP Hauptarchiv, would that mean it was kept officially in the party's archive? would the text be of importance to them?
Neil.

The NSDAP had a party Hauptarchiv which was based on the Rehse collection. Friedrich Rehse was an artistic photographer and early party member who began a collection of items from the "time of struggle" and these grew into a large collection of original items which Rehse put on display at the Königliche Residenz in München. During the bombing of München a large section of the collection was moved to the basement of the Bürgerbräukeller. Hitler obtained funding for the collection and it then evolved into the NSDAP Hauptarchiv. The collection included posters, pamphlets, books, letters and original artifacts donated by early members, including Hitler. Much of the collection was lost during the destruction and occupation of the city by the Allies, but some of the surviving items were shipped back to the USA and are now held at the Library of Congress.
