NSV leaders ID book?

Article about: Guys, My favourite of the whole day. A new ID that I have not seen before. I am guessing for someone up the chain of command a bit as they are normally just a single card folded and women!?

    My favourite of the whole day. A new ID that I have not seen before. I am guessing for someone up the chain of command a bit as they are normally just a single card folded and women!? The fact its a bloke, I guess he is in an admin post?

    The early call up or entry papers were with this book but may be unrelated.
