Hi Neil, no just a conventional class 2 drivers licence issued by the Railway Authorities in Occupied Poland.

This means he was working for the railways?
He was a truck driver for the Reichsbahn in the East (Ostbahn)...issued in Krakau, is perhaps a Polish civilian employee as his Polish name suggests, and this license was only valid while working for the Ostbahn...
Just my 2 cents, lol...
