Put out, Buried, Kaput, Dead and Gone. It could also
mean that the Rally has ended. I believe the photo
is supposed to be from the 'Russian Press',
which in most cases are fakes.........

The stamp "ПОГАШЕНО" means that this photo has been removed from registration in some archive. It should make somebody think that the photo was in some state archive.

But most likely it's a fake.
