Reischskanzlei...indentifying a man?
From this document, anyway can identify the one who signed it in 1934? would there be a list oif people working at the Reichskanzlei?

I think the name is Ostertag, and I am sure I have heard of him. There are surely lists of leading figures in the Reichskanzlei. I think he was a civil servant. You can surely google him and something will pop up, I think. The other issue is the number of civil servant Staatesekretaere in the Reichskanzlei at the time versus those from the NSDAP. I cannot recall where this man fit in in said structure. And, this document is of an early date, i.e. prior to Hindenburg's death, while AH was making his way.
