Request Identification of Gauleiter

Hello everyone,

I picked up this book a few years ago (mine is without the cover, though). I'm hoping someone can identify the name of the gauleiter on the new years greeting card, which is attached to the inside of the book. I appreciate any help or comments. Thanks.

Going by just what the printed signature looks like (i.e. I don't have another example to compare it with) it could be that of Hartmann Lauterbacher of Südhannover-Braunschweig.

Having checked again, I do actually have an example of his signature in my files and it does fit.

Be aware that the signature on that card might be printed and not hand signed. A better image with better resolution will help to determine which.

Yes, I'll take a second look and try to get a better photo Either way, its nice to have the person identified. I've started researching him....very interesting.
