Ritterkreuz award document... Real or fake?

I was offered for purchase an RK award document whose photos (low quality, though) are posted below. According to the seller it's real parchment...
I have serious doubts regarding its authenticity and would much appreciate your expertise on it...

what is the full name of the recipient?
It's a fake. According to the Ordensträger there are no RKT with a surname starting GERF... or GERE... - alphabetically the listing goes Gerdts and then Gergmann.
According to my initial reference book , there is also no such surname, so a skeptical KC document at least.
Not much i can add on this one !!

Even if it was original, the deterioration and the lack of the presentation frame would have robbed it of much of its value
