    Rest he well deserves. It's remarkable he endured replying to all these requests from strangers for so long. That said, I've read some of the recent correspondence from Kriegsmarine veterans, and it's interesting how sharp they still are and how eager to share their memories.

    Gunny, it might not be the place, but how much would something like your photograph be worth? I'd probably be interested in getting a copy of his book once it's in English.

    Haha yeah I've been busy Gunny - have still been lurking though! I'm always there...watching from the shadows...brooding...and plotting....


    Might have to look into acquiring one...

    I just noticed this thread so I thought I'd share my collection of autographs of Herr Misch. I made a meager display frame on my wall to honor him.
