I was wondering about some of your thoughts on this ID? It seems to be somewhat of a low number for membership. Would I be correct in assuming this and the year of his joining seems to be early. Would this be considered a nice find? Of course, a nice find is in the eye of the beholder, but over all, some of your takes on a card such as this?

    Thanks for any input!

Not a spring violet and bright enough to see which way the wind was blowing, or long term unemployed.
