    It always amazes me what Allied soldiers brought home as souvenirs. I would think very few actually knew what they had?

    Here is the card index record of an SA man. I have not seen any others of these.

    He joined the NSDAP just before they came to power on Jan.30th 1933 and joined the SA shortly after in March '33. In 1934 he was promoted to Rottenfuhrer.

    The card has faded badly on one side from the original green. The photo would appear to have been used from another document as the ink stamp does not go over onto the card.

    Info on SA members is almost impossible to find.

    Yes, very nice item for ones collection, I have never seen or even put my hands on early SA material. I like it very much.
