Swimmer's Qualification for a student....

It's a swimming certificate for a pupil named Heinrich Borutzki, born 21st August 1925.

He qualified for the basic Freischwimmer (roughly "free swimmer") grade, which requires 15 minutes of swimming in deep water plus a jump into the water from 1 meter height.

The test was taken on 3rd July 1939 at the boy's school in Wattenscheid.
