Is there a list of schutzpolizei serving in Bromberg?
To identify this official here? and others who extended this grocery certificate for officials?

I don't think there are any comprehensive lists that show the names of men who served in the many various places with the various police units. Your best hope is probably contacting the archives, either German or Polish and maybe even any archives that exist in Bydgoszcz in case something survived and they have them. But the rank of the signers are equivalent of a Sergeant-Major so it will be very difficult to track them down.
