Should be a Dienstpass, but is not...
This passport here gives the feel of a "Dienstpass" but it is not marked as such...
The holders "official" photo is full military uniform and profession described as paymaster, should be classifies as an official or service passport, but is not, very strange, unless in early 1936 they did not print out the Third Reich Dienstpass yet...
Enjoy the images.

This appears to be a regular Passport for travel outside of Germany....But it's a nice one, well-stamped, great photo!
Indeed it is, but later on they also issued passports for travel abroad, if on service, then as a Dienstpass...
So if he is in full military dress, then why not issued such a passport?
Apparently he traveled abroad in a civilian capacity, as some of the stamps are from a civilian travel agency...Sorry I can't be of much assistance, friend...but a nice score!
