Another rare one for you guys Das Reichs, Siegfried Brosow. While sigining mostly his portrait photo he would very rarely sign this photo which was taken after his action at the Worskla river. Brosow, with help of the 1st kompanie's pioneers 45 men managed to repel and heavily damage 2-3 companies of Russian infantry which had breached the lines Flanking the Worskla river.

I met Brosow many times the OdR and he never had any problem signing this photo for me , so just wondering why he rarely signed it ?

Very sad to read this. Herr Heder was the 2nd one i ever wrote to and the one i had exchanged most letters from all RKTs i had correspondence with. His address was given to me by Paul so thanks once again mate.

Most people in the future will not understand how strong a bond can be formed just by sharing letters with these men.

Chris, Hope to see you posting again soon.
Manged to pick up a nice photo of Zvonimir Bernwald, Sturmbannfuhrer 13th Handschar Division.
Interesting to note this is a censored photo which has had all the nazi ephemera stripped from it, i have included the other for a bit of spot the difference.
