Small grouping to a KM man

Hi guys, I was offered this Torpedoboot man wall plaque, but when decided to take it, it turned out there were a few documents and pictures along with it! Nothing really significant, but a nice small lot, giving face, name and a few facts about the life of the owner of the plaque - a man who served in the Kriegsmarine

First, an Unsere Kriegsflotte not big album with color prints of the German ships in the 1930s

Then some personal papers. The man's name was Friedrich Suessmeier, he was born in 1921 in Augsburg. Interesting, his whole life was connected to MAN - Augsborg, prewar and postwar, and also to sailing.

As far as I can understand, this is some kind of student book from some school of the MAN company in Augsburg

Inside that booklet was put a small picture of a Luftwaffe man with EK ribbon. Maybe the date has something to do with the desperate look

A friend or relative? Who knows! Can you read the words on the back?

Inside it was this, he was good in Stenography, too. The name here is Fritz, but I believe it is just short for Friedrich? If not, probably a brother?

There were a few more papers inserted into that student book. These bear some good news - he was lucky to survive the war! Can not fully understand, but something related to him having the right to drive a motor boat, probably involved in water rescue service of the local Red Cross?
