Soldiers German to Russian Translation Booklet

Hi Chaps, just picked up a German/Russian translation booklet (see pics). I was hoping someone could figure out the writing of the owner in the front. The Feldpost number looks like 42,305 or the 2 maybe a 9 I'm not sure. Hopefully somebody can help, Cheers, Richard.

It says:

"An den OT-Führer
Werner Hesse Feldpostnr.
42305
Staffel 17"

"OT-Führer" being, of course, an officer in the Organisation Todt. For some data on that FP number, please see:
