This one is a fake, made by one far right library in the 70's, Why ? I dont' know.
Why fake, because in the center, the foldind is in the paper.

I Believe the person pictured is Reinhard Heydrich...which would mean that the photo is heavily Photoshopped and therefore quite fake..
