    What you have is a 1937 souvenir sheet of four six pfennig stamps honoring the 48th birthday of Adolph Hitler. Four versions of this item were produced and because yours has marginal inscriptions it is uncommon. It catalogs for about $40.00 in mint condition.

    Perhaps this sheet was glued to the card to be mounted in a frame, but items
    such as this went out of fashion in the spring of 1945. I would find a
    suitable old frame and display them once again.........
