Here are 2 interesting items: one was a receipt issued by the administration and financial sections of the Jewish Ghetto in Lemberg (Lwow) 1942, the other, last notes issued by an independent Polish body before the final and complete occupation by Nazi Germany in 1939 (issued during September as war broke out). These notes where the last time Poles and Jews could make use of the the same currency, later on the Poles used German issued notes and the Jew used the Lodz Ghetto currency from 1940.
