Guys,

I love the photos in these sort of rags, this apears to be an edition from the newspaper the Illustrated Observer. Some nice shots and covers the early days pre war when they were still quite successful.

I must say the train looks very modern and probably runs on time!

Another nice piece Jock. Do you have a warehouse to keep all this stuff? I can't believe the volumes of stuff you come up with almost daily. Reading stuff like this kinda helps me get into the heads of everyday Germans. It lets you know where they are coming from by wartime.

I don't have that much compared to the serious collectors, I'm not sure I would want to be in their heads though!

Jock, you my friend are already a serious collector in my book! You are extremely knowledgable in a variety of areas. My wife has already put the kabosh on my collecting.

Most of my books have already gotten "tucked away". At least I get to enjoy seeing all the wonderful things you are acquiring. Thanks for showing us your "treasures", and keep up the good work.
