    She went to visit, first her family member who was living in Holland, Nijmegen then to Munich. Her family member, Salomon Kober, was a well known scientist who was permitted to remain, working for the Germans, until 1944, when they where all deported. He kept correspondence with his mother and aunt, still in Germany.
