I am trying to concretize this photo.
War prisoners in one of the rports.
The title on the board is close to "VORSBURG", but it is not 100% sure.
Is anybody knows more about this event, who are prisoners, what is a place and date?
Thanks a lot

They appear to be Italian...After Italy surrendered and switched sides, German troops captured & disarmed their former allies...and off to forced-labor...That's my best guess here...
I'm thinking Greek maybe? 41- I think there is an Italian alpine soldier there to the right amongst the Germans
They are Greek prisoners (check the Greek badge from my pics), propably from Piraeus harbour 1941.
Great pics and very nice to see as these are not a common uniform to see Thank You

now I think they are Greeks, badge is the same.
And it is in context with other photos, what I have : Italian officers in Parphenon.
Why they are in the harbor, greek prisoners were transported from Greece ?
I was going for greek because of that guys cap badge, beaten to it.
I too, but it is a little strange thing to keep cap badge after the capitulation. But it is good for us, we can identify them and this event.
Interesting photo. Good eye on the cap badge too
