This is a letter of congratulations towards someone who served for the Nazis (and obviously Imperial Germany as well) for 50 years. His/Her service was uninterrupted and of good quality. The signature is that of Adolf Hitler's, but I can't comment on it's originality.

Thank you, the signature may be autosigned but i can't tell.The person who wrote the inscription was a Belgian camera man assigned to the U.S. army.
