WWII German EAGLE Ink STAMP.... ????

I have someone wanting to sell this ink stamp. I have never seen anything like this, so I thought I would try to post a pic and see if anyone on the forum could help me. It looks to be brass and approx. 8" wide. There are examples of the design above the stamp. Not sure on this one. Any help would be great! Thanks

This is not an original printing plate...Fake.

It appears to be a fake. Just look at how squashed the swastika is and the poor quality of the bird.
