Hello everybody. I recently received a letter from the Central Archives in Warsaw telling me that my Great Grandfather, Jozef Szybkowski served with the 37th Łęczycki Regiment, 26th Infantry division, Armia Poznan (Later Pomorze) from February 1938 - September 1939. He fought at Kutno until capture. Does anybody know where to find photographs of the regiment from the pre-war period? Any information is greatly appreciated.

Hello again The SovietSamurai,

Some more photographs of the 37PP from June 1933 and the visit of the President of the Polish Republic Ignacy Moscicki to Kutno to present New Colours to the Regiment.

Then in November the Regiment sent a delegation to the Royal Palace in Warsaw to present President Moscicki with a gift from the Officers and Other Ranks of the 37pp. The photograph shows from left to right:

5) Starzy Sierzant Jagorzewski
