Hello Sergei,

Many thanks for your post, Wojciech Stela book page 26 list it as "The Commemorative Badge of the Association of the Participants in the Liberation of Krakow" "The Liberation Cross" 1924.

The original shown in the book was made in silver and numbered on the reverse lower arm.
