This table medal is dated 1832, minted in Paris, France. It commemorates 1830-1831 Polish November Uprising. Medal itself was designed by Jean Barre who was responsible for designing all French currency between 1830-1855. He also designed the Great Seal of France, and executed medals commemorating most of major events in France. Many Polish soldiers that fought in the Uprising emigrated to France.
On he front side (averse) there is a quote in Latin from Virgil's epic poem Aeneid.
Virgil was a roman poet who modeled the Aeneid to Homer's Illiad and Odyssey.
    Translated it means:

Here is a medal dated 1860, author is F. Below. It was given to Polish representatives to Berlin Parliament in 1860.
On the front (avers) the inscription says: " Over my dead body You will leave here " and below the bust it says: " Together strong"
The bust is of Tadeusz Reytan who in 1773 in the Polish Sejm (Parliament) had tried to stop all the members from signing a treaty that accepted/legalized the first Polish Partition. He laid in the doorway of the Parliament in a cross position and told everyone to step over him, and they did.
