Help with identification

I recently obtained this framed portrait and would like your help to identify this soldier as possibly a member of Haller's Army or one of the Polish units in France. I apologize for the glare as I used my phone to take the picture. Thanks in advance for your assistance.Attachment 884614

Hello Scott and welcome to the forum.

I’ve rotated the photo upright for better viewing. The colouring applied to the photograph suggests a Blue Army uniform, although the uniform details are not those of one of General Haller’s soldiers. My best guess is this might be a member of one of the Polish fraternal organizations of the time.
