Identification of uniforms in a picture

I'm helping someone identify the country of origin and time-frame for the uniforms in the attached picture. I believe they are Polish circa 1910-14 but am not certain. Would greatly appreciate the assistance.

The photo pictures three young Poles, privates enlisted in the 64 Grudziądzki Infantry Regiment. The photo was likely between 1927 and 1935.

Thank you so very much for the quick response. Are there on-line resources I might be able to look at for more information about this part of the Polish Army? I'm researching for a client who's grandfather's brothers are in this picture; she knew nothing of his origins other than having this picture. His naturalization papers indicate he was Russian/Polish but I suspect this was more an issue of the malleable borders than anything else. Again, thank you very much for your help.
