I picked up this heavily retouched and colored photo from a thrift store.
Can anybody id his unit and possibly time frame it was taken.

The photograph is of a Ulan from the 2nd General J Dwernicki's Grochowski Lancers Regiment, with the National Sports Badge, dates this photograph to some time in the 1930's

The photo was taken in 1935-1939, hes wearing a wz.35 Rogatywka.
