Hi Kapral and welcome to the forum,

This is the badge of the pre-war Polish paramilitary organization L.O.P.P. (Liga Obrony Powietrznej i Przeciwgazowej = Air Defense and Anti-Gas League). They were also made with blue enameled swastika arms. It measures 20mm x 20mm.

The obverse details look good although it would be helpful to see a picture of the reverse. I’m inclined to say it’s genuine as I don’t believe this badge has yet fallen victim to counterfeiters.

There were white and green-enameled ones too. This one seems to be 'brown', ie. III class instructor's badge.
