How and where did you get your hands on it?
Are you sure it's "Volunteer to Polish Army" or is it "Volunteer for the Polish Army"?
Dug up a couple of pictures of volunteer recruiters with armbands from Hartford with my Mom's uncle. Also, his recruiter authorization.
The Book that you are "quoting " was written by Paul Valasek, not me.
There were more than one kind of these armbands as one can see above.
These armbands differ depending on the Recruitment Center and their purpose.
