Polish belt buckle dug up in Lapland

This buckle was dug up in Finnish Lapland in a fighting area near the Russian broader ,may have been a war booty item picked up by a German in the invasion of Poland ?

Found out it could be Polish police

First of all the buckle You posted does not look dug from the ground.

Second : this is an experimental Polish Army buckle, so called "rembertowka ", these were supposedly tested in 1938 and these buckles were not approved for Polish Military use.

Lately, there were few of these buckles on the market, all in different condition.

Thank you both , yes the belt buckle is from the ground just lightly cleaned , if you look at the back you can see the dirtly finish it was found in ,
