Ade is correct. But more specifically this is a French made eagle produced in early 1940 before the German invasion. While not confirmed, it is suspected that this is a likely product of Paris based Alavoine. A rare badge.

Hello Gentlemen
thanks a lot for these explanations
cordially
Didier
You're most welcome Didier. Two quick points:
1) Please tell us more about this eagle badge. In your collection? An item you are considering purchasing?
2) You're a frequent visitor here with questions that we strive to answer promptly. I do appreciate your customary words of appreciation when that answer is provided, as it has been on many occasions. That's all we ask. Not to exert any pressure, only repeating the statement at the bottom of Adrian Stevenson's post "Had good advice? Then please Donate to the forum via the green button at the top of the page."
Cheers,
Tony
