That is a machete not a sabre - can't make out the manufacturer's name - However Collins made a No 22 machete so I think it could be one of those.

Why do you think it might be Polish ?

Its interesting for sure. Agreed its a machete or bolo but if a Collins its doesn't seem to have the usual hammer over crown logo of a Collins machete. It seems to have a 'C' over a knife (you can still see a pommel and tang) over an 'H'. All then over a 'No 22'. Plus there's that indentation on the blade like a 'blood groove'. Most machetes I have seen don't have that but some do. What are the grips made of?

Perhaps it is a Colins but you might want to post your question on Bladeforums. Be sure to come back and tell us what you have.
