I am attaching a photo of an unknown relative named Sokolowski and the note that was written on the back of the photo. I would appreciate insights that anyone may have about it.
Most likely Mr. Sokolowski served in light artillery unit and this picture was taken between 1923-27. Nice picture.

I think he is referring to what is written under Sokołowski, it seems to look like says Glekeon, however i would say maybe the handwriting gives a misconception to what is written..... I can really read what it says maybe its an unusual first name.
Cenowski, thanks for clearing that up. I had read that writing as “Aleksander”.
