Rare badge. The only image I can offer is this one taken from the Wojciech Stela reference: “Polskie odznaki Honorowe i pamiątkowe 1914-1921″

Interesting inscription I have found on spinner of the Skaut badge:
Stefan Szuriw or Szurin (hard to read). Chor.(chorazy) 2 P UL. (Pulk Ulanow). Drogi, Suwalki, Litwa, USSR, Irak, Pales (Palestyna), Italia
