Hi Larry, it's a Polish wz.24 (1924 pattern), essentially the same as the wz.24/37 pictured here, minus the white metal oxidized metal fittings mandated in 1936.

That's a great photo!....
The tank is one of the early Renault FT's from 1918, widely distributed across the world after the Great War and built without licencing restrictions by many countries including the U.S. It has been described in tank histories as "The world's first modern tank."

The gentleman on this picture is Colonel Patryk O'Brien de Lacy who was the head of Technical Research Armored Arms Bureau (B.B.T. Br.Panc.) in Warsaw.
