Two Polish Pre War tunics opinions please

Just noted two Pre war Polish tunics which were for sale , I would appreciate opinions on them . Photos from catalogue.

Typically better pictures would be needed before making too many comments on authenticity, but in the case of these two neither is a genuine pre-war period uniform tunic as they are claimed to be by the seller.

The first one is post war polish tunic with resawn pre war collar tabs.
Second one is french tunic.
