Is this a rest of the ink stamp with an eagle visible on the last photo???
Show the back of the jacket as well, please.
Anyway, I do not like this. Many of details indicate post war provenience

I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. Everything about it screams poor quality recent copy. The faint stamp is fantasy and it had no place on real pre war officer privately purchased tunics. The base is probably a KBW tunic, or a modified PRL dress tunic. The most obvious is the poor quality pennant on the collar.
