Is this miniture dagger, 100% original pre-war, please ?

Would it have been made for a shop display/salesman's example or for an Officer to wear when off duty (in a suit), please ?

It is 7.9 Inches/20 Cm long.

yes, it is a flea market type. they used to sell for $5-10 - great letter opener :-)
