the fact is when two or more bidders have the same " when need is must " mentality this is the outcome. on a non-emotional note if one was to produce the definitive work on the Polish parachute badge you would have to explain why this Kirkwood example exists when GR Tech produced badges with higher numbers are to be found. interesting eh !
