I have found 2nd Ltn. Jerzy Gregolajtys, born 1911. Here you are all the data (source - Polish webside straty.pl):

so from Murnau, he probably joined 5KDP.

Number 759 is his prisoner number.
Number XIb is the prisoner camp number.

1911-234-III is his Army Number.

Unfortunately I don't have such a database and I don't know if it exists at all. But from what you wrote in your 6th post I guess that his full Army Number is 1911-234-III because that was the format of the soldiers' registration numbers in the Anders Army.
