I have a number of photos that my grandfather had from his time in the War and was hoping that some of the people on here might be able to identify some of the people, places, or possible dates that these photos might have been taken. I know that he was in the 6th battery in the 2KPAL of the 3DSK and fought in the Italian Campaign. Who knows, hopefully some people might even find their own relatives in these photos!
A couple of different group photos
My grandfather on the far left
Again, my grandfather on the far left
I think it might be my grandfather looking down at something, third from the right
My grandfather is standing second from right
My grandfather is standing in the middle
My grandfather standing on the far left
A couple photos from some sort of parade through a town/village
Some sort of visit from some of the upper command
A mass for the soldiers
Any help with any of these photos would be greatly appreciated! Also, if anyone recognizes my grandfather in any of their collection of photos, I would be very appreciative if you would consider sending them along to me as well!
Thanks,
Chris
